Project Controller Business Analyst

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Project Controller Business Analyst will establish systems analyses methodologies, document complex user requirements, and provide consultation on automated systems for mid-to-large scale projects.

Key responsibilities

• Establishes systems analyses methodology and documentation standards while guiding lower-level staff
• Analyzes, refines, and documents complex system user requirements, including functional objectives and cross-system integration
• Maintains program cost, staffing, performance, and financial-control data to support actionable management information and improve execution decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent work experience
• Must have a Secret clearance to start
• Certification in PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Experience with forecasting, variance analysis, and business-process analysis
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues
