Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Controls Administrator 1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a consistent approach to project financials using appropriate systems and processes
  • Create and update financial records such as Purchase Orders and Invoices
  • Track and bill milestone services and monitor revenue recognition and cash flow
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, finance, or accounting
  • Prior experience with billing systems used by major carriers preferred
  • Experience with project management tools like Sitetracker and Sage Intacct is desirable
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Competent in using cloud-based IT environments such as Office 365 or Google Suite
