Project Controls Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Controls Analyst, Project & Development Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project cost reports, evaluating actual and forecasted costs against budgets
• Provide detailed analysis on cost risks, issues, and mitigations to project stakeholders
• Assist in the development of project estimates and cost management procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field
• 3 or more years of related experience in cost management on capital projects
• Direct experience in a complex, matrixed environment
• Expertise in using Excel
• Experience within the construction industry; additional life sciences experience preferred
