Project Controls Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Controls Analyst, Project & Development Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project cost reports, evaluating actual and forecasted costs against budgets
• Provide detailed analysis on cost risks, issues, and mitigations to project stakeholders
• Support the development of project estimates, control plans, and cost management procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
• 3 or more years of experience in cost management on capital projects
• Experience working in complex, matrixed environments
• Expertise in using Excel
• Experience in the construction industry; additional life sciences experience preferred
