Project Controls Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Controls Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review client invoices according to contract terms and requirements
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Accounting to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate invoicing
• Support month-end billing activities and assist with project setup and closeout tasks

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Experience in a professional office environment
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines
• Experience in both independent and collaborative team settings
