Project Controls Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the successful delivery of GIS/Software implementation projects, the full-time Project Controls Analyst will maintain accurate project data, assist Project Managers with operational and financial controls, and collaborate with various teams to ensure reporting accuracy in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with project setup, maintenance, reporting, and operational tracking activities
• Maintain accurate project data within NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro and assist with project forecasting and financial tracking updates
• Produce recurring PMO dashboards, reports, and data summaries while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational consistency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Project Management, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project analysis, operations, finance, or reporting roles
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required
• Experience with PSA, ERP, or project management tools is preferred
• Internship or co-op experience in project operations, finance, analytics, or PMO environments is a plus
