Project Controls Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Project Controls Analyst V will manage project cost management and risk identification for a centralized procurement project, collaborating closely with various internal departments and requiring approximately 5% travel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage internal and external project budgets, including monthly financial reporting and commitment management
• Oversee monthly accruals, forecasts, and cash flows, while developing executive reports on financial health
• Facilitate change order processes and resolve invoice holds through direct interaction with vendors and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• BA/BS in construction management, engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction and project management
• Experience with construction cost forecasting, accrual reporting, and Earned Value Management
• Proficiency in cost control tools such as Unifier, eBuilder, or Procore
• Strong understanding of data center material and equipment
