Project Controls Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting client Project Managers, the full-time Project Controls Analyst will perform cost and schedule analysis using earned value methodology while working remotely from Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, or New Jersey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, performing analysis to identify delays and propose corrective actions
• Conduct cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis, providing corrective action proposals
• Calculate and analyze Earned Value metrics to identify project performance issues and manage project scope

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction engineering, construction management, or related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience
• 3 years of experience in project controls, project management, or construction management
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, including vlookups, xlookups, and pivot tables
• Ability to use Primavera P6 / Oracle Primavera Cloud for schedule and Earned Value management
• Residency in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, or New Jersey
