Project Controls Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting project teams remotely, the full-time Project Controls Analyst will perform cost and schedule management tasks, develop reports, and assist with risk analysis for projects of moderate complexity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost reports and schedules while tracking actuals, commitments, and forecasts
• Identify variances and support risk and trend analysis through effective data management
• Interface with project team members to gather inputs and maintain organized project controls documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
• Three or more years of experience in cost or schedule management on capital projects
• Direct experience working within complex, matrixed environments
• Expertise in cost and schedule management software
• Experience in construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial, or related technical fields
