Project Controls Change Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Controls Change Management Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the Change Management program and ensure all project changes impacting cost and schedule are identified and incorporated
• Maintain knowledge of contract changes and their potential impact on project cost and schedule
• Implement and maintain the Trend Program for early identification of issues affecting project scope, quality, cost, and schedule

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of project controls experience within the industry with increased levels of complexity
• Experience in project controls lead positions and knowledge of technical/engineering
• 10+ years' experience coordinating with all levels of employees, including senior management and clients
• Ability to lead and solve high-level problems and participate in complex decision-making
