Job Summary
Supporting the Project Controls and Reporting department, the Contract Project Controls Coordinator will work remotely to develop, manipulate, and validate large data sets and reports using advanced Microsoft Office software and project control tools like Oracle Primavera.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, verify, and maintain large data sets and reports for capital program cost and scheduling functions
- Execute and interpret Microsoft Access and SQL queries for routine data checking and reporting
- Perform QA/QC reviews on outgoing data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to client standards
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in data administration, reporting, or analytical support roles
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and experience with Microsoft Access queries
- Strong analytical ability and technical competency with a meticulous approach to QA/QC
- Ability to work effectively and professionally in a remote context
- Bachelor's degree in any major, combined with relevant work experience
