Project Controls Cost Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with project teams, the full-time Project Controls Cost Analyst will develop, manage, and control project budgets for utility-scale transmission energy projects, ensuring financial data supports project completion while working onsite in Greenwood Village, CO.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans in coordination with Project Managers
• Prepare detailed project cashflow forecasts and monthly cost analysis, including CPI and EV reporting
• Analyze financial trends and provide recommendations to project stakeholders based on budget comparisons

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum 3 years of project cost, earned value, or related experience
• Strong quantitative skills with the ability to design complex spreadsheet solutions and analytical tools
• Proven experience in Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Must have permanent authorization to work in the US
