Job Summary
Collaborating with project teams, the full-time Project Controls Cost Analyst will develop, manage, and control project budgets for utility-scale transmission energy projects, ensuring financial data supports project completion while working onsite in Greenwood Village, CO.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans in coordination with Project Managers
- Prepare detailed project cashflow forecasts and monthly cost analysis, including CPI and EV reporting
- Analyze financial trends and provide recommendations to project stakeholders based on budget comparisons
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 3 years of project cost, earned value, or related experience
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to design complex spreadsheet solutions and analytical tools
- Proven experience in Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Must have permanent authorization to work in the US
