Project Controls Engineer

Job Summary

To support a diverse range of projects, the full-time remote Project Controls Engineer will develop, implement, and maintain cost control, budgets, and forecasts while preparing reports and providing analytical support for project management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update reports from various project control systems, including Costpoint and CER
• Review procurement requisitions and provide guidance on project controls-related issues
• Conduct independent analysis and support monthly cost reviews and earned value assessments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Typically 10+ years of related work experience, with a preference for cost-reimbursable contract experience
• Proficiency in Project Controls software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid understanding of WBS and job costing, with experience in budget forecasting
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
