Project Controls Manager

Job Summary

To support complex capital projects, the remote Project Controls Manager will provide leadership and expertise in project controls functions, including the development and enforcement of procedures, schedules, and budgets while collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and enforce project controls procedures, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to establish project controls requirements and maintain effective communication
• Analyze delays and prepare time impact analyses, while overseeing auditing of contract documents and change order documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred
• 10+ years of experience in project controls, program controls, or construction management
• Healthcare experience required
• Strong skills in project management information systems (PMIS)
• Experience with design-bid-build programs/projects in the public sector is a plus
