Project Controls Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Controls Manager to oversee project controls and cost management for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Project Controls Services including capital planning, project governance, and risk management
• Support the development of client capital plans and facilitate funding processes
• Review and analyze project schedules to influence outcomes and ensure effective project closure

Required Qualifications:

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in a related field, preferably with large-scale data center projects
• Growing technical competency in project controls service offerings
• Ability to read and interpret various construction-related documents
• High proficiency in Excel and familiarity with project controls fundamentals
