Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Controls Manager / Project Manager (PM).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the master project schedule across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with field execution and program timelines
• Oversee budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting while implementing earned value management systems
• Establish and manage project-wide change control processes, ensuring all changes are documented and approved

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in project controls or project management on large-scale construction projects
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6
• Strong experience with cost control systems and scheduling methodologies
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site construction programs
