A company is looking for a Project Controls & Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and application of project controls and performance management frameworks
• Serve as a senior SME bridging project delivery, operations, and finance for budget adherence and forecasting
• Act as SME for Smartsheet, governing enterprise-scale ecosystems and driving automation improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, or business discipline
• 12+ years of experience in delivery operations, metrics, governance, or enterprise reporting
• Deep expertise in Smartsheet as an enterprise platform
• Strong financial, resource, and performance modeling capability
• Ability to work schedules conducive to project-specific requirements that may extend beyond the typical workweek
