Project Controls Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Controls Manager to oversee cost, schedule, and performance controls across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and implement project controls standards and frameworks
• Build and maintain baseline budgets and integrated schedules aligned to project scope
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for investment decisions and project visibility

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project controls, including cost management and scheduling
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related discipline preferred
• Strong proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and advanced Excel
• Deep understanding of EPC contracting and performance measurement methodologies
• Professional certifications (PMP, AACE/CCP, PSP, or similar) preferred
