Job Summary

Project Controls Manager leads the development and execution of project controls for Datacenter and Natural Gas Power Projects, ensuring effective cost management and project delivery in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead project controls strategy, standards, and systems across the portfolio
• Oversee project cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance governance and portfolio visibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in project controls, project management, or commercial project delivery
• Experience leading large-scale infrastructure or energy projects with portfolio-level complexity
• Deep expertise in cost control, scheduling, and project performance management
• Strong understanding of commercial structures and risk allocation approaches
