Project Controls Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Project Controls Manager, this full-time remote position will manage project control responsibilities, including data collection and analysis related to cost and schedule, while ensuring accurate reporting and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring alignment with objectives and milestones while providing accurate progress reports
• Implement and improve project control processes and tools, offering training and support to project teams
• Manage cost control efforts, including budget development, tracking, and reporting, while collaborating with financial teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in project controls management for large capital projects, preferably in renewable energy
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• Proficiency in project scheduling software, such as Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Experience with project controls tools and methodologies, including earned value management and risk management
• Strong analytical skills and experience in managing project data and reporting tools
