Job Summary

Managing equipment-related data for large-scale data center construction projects, the full-time Project Controls Manager will ensure accurate tracking and coordination within Procore, overseeing procurement, logistics, and commissioning efforts, with the option to work remotely or from the Dallas office.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage all equipment-related data within Procore across assigned projects
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure timely updates on equipment status
• Configure and maintain equipment tracking workflows within Procore, ensuring data consistency and addressing reporting issues

Required qualifications

• Experience on data center construction projects is required
• Experience working in Procore is required
• Strong understanding of construction project workflows in mission-critical environments
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage large datasets
• Advanced Excel/data management skills preferred
