Project Controls Manager

Job Summary

Managing all phases of project controls for a large design/build program, the full-time remote Project Controls Manager will develop, manage, and execute planning, scheduling, risk, and cost analysis while leading a team of Project Control Engineers/Specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance and direction to project teams for resolving complex project control issues and develop status reports for management review
• Interface with clients and project teams, attending regular meetings to present statistical dashboards and reports
• Oversee the project risk register and participate in risk workshops to identify and mitigate risks impacting cost and schedule

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, along with 15+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in various Project Controls Software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated supervisory experience and thorough knowledge of industry practices
• Must meet Parsons Project Controls Manager Certification requirements
• Experience in large design/build Infrastructure Program Management
