Project Controls Manager

Job Summary

To support the development and construction of multi-billion-dollar hyperscale data center campuses, the full-time Project Controls Manager will manage capital reporting, cost management, and schedule monitoring while serving as the primary liaison between the project team and capital partners in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver monthly capital reporting packages, managing information requests and site visit coordination with capital partners and Owner's Advisors
• Maintain project cost reports, budget forecasts, and change order logs, ensuring timely approvals and budget updates
• Monitor and quality check submitted schedules, escalating risks and incorporating schedule status into monthly capital reporting packages

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of project controls experience on large-scale capital construction programs exceeding $500M in total project value
• Deep fluency in project controls fundamentals, including GMP contracts, earned value, and change order management
• Executive-ready written communication skills, with proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling platforms
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, finance, or a related field; PMP or CCM certification is a plus
• Strong analytical background with experience in earned value management, cost forecasting, and variance analysis
