Project Controls Manager
Job Summary
Leading the implementation and continuous improvement of project controls and scheduling practices, the full-time remote Project Controls Manager will manage baseline development, provide training to schedulers, and guide project management on schedule analysis and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate baseline development steps and pull planning sessions with stakeholders
- Train and manage scheduling teams on processes, tools, and best practices
- Analyze scheduling data and provide innovative solutions to enhance project performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in planning and scheduling for engineering or construction projects
- 2+ years of experience leading scheduling groups
- Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) or Project Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
