Project Controls Manager
Job Summary
To support project execution and governance, the full-time Project Controls Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain project plans, and ensure accountability for deliverables in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project kickoff and planning activities, including stakeholder alignment and success measures
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and blockers, and facilitate resolution of execution gaps
- Prepare concise executive updates that communicate project health, accomplishments, and decisions needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field
- Three or more years of experience in project management or related fields
- Experience supporting healthcare operations or medical device operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead project kickoff activities and manage cross-functional meetings
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools such as Teams, Planner, and SharePoint
