Project Controls Manager
Job Summary
Leading the implementation and continuous improvement of project controls and scheduling practices, the full-time remote Project Controls Manager will manage scheduling processes, provide oversight and training to schedulers, and guide project management on schedule analysis and performance management.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate baseline development steps, reviews, and pull planning sessions with stakeholders
- Train and manage schedulers on scheduling functions, processes, and best practices
- Analyze scheduling data and provide innovative solutions to enhance scheduling performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in planning and scheduling on engineering and/or construction projects
- 2+ years of experience leading scheduling groups
- Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification or Project Scheduling Professional (PSP-PMI-SP) certification preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
