Project Controls Scheduler

Job Summary

To support the rapid growth of data center projects, the remote Project Controls Scheduler will develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting and identify risks to project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed integrated project schedules for multiple data center development projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to collect schedule updates and validate project progress
• Analyze schedule performance, identify critical path activities, and communicate schedule risks and mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of scheduling or project controls experience supporting large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
• Experience developing and managing detailed project schedules for industrial construction projects using Primavera P6
• Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling principles
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project reporting tools
