Project Controls Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a Project Controls Specialist to work full-time remotely, responsible for managing project cost elements, preparing revenue and cost analyses, and collaborating on project schedules and forecasts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all cost elements of projects, including budget updates and expenditure tracking
• Prepare and analyze revenue and cost data, recommending corrective actions to project managers
• Develop and monitor project schedules, perform critical path analysis, and resource load schedules

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in Project Controls across relevant markets
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, change management, and earned value principles
• Ability to communicate effectively with project management and stakeholders
