Project Controls Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Controls Specialist responsible for building and maintaining project controls for project management services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project controls, policies, and procedures across multiple projects
• Drive analyses of project outcomes, risks, and opportunities, presenting insights to management and clients
• Identify areas for improvement and manage efforts to implement innovative solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Five or more years of related experience in commercial project management for corporate clients
• Relevant industry experience is required
• Proficient in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and scheduling related to corporate real estate, design, and construction
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and MS Project
