Project Controls Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Controls Specialist to manage project management tasks for client accounts and property portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead meetings, prepare agendas, and develop master project budgets and timelines
• Prepare project reports and coordinate drawing reviews throughout all project phases
• Assist in the selection and oversight of consultants and construction teams, and review project-related invoices

Required Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related area
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
• Experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees
