Project Controls Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Controls Specialist 4.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish project controls governance and develop project control hierarchies using scheduling tools
• Create and maintain project cost and schedule baselines, including status reports on project progress
• Mentor junior staff and perform critical path and forensic schedule analysis

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Accounting, or Business Administration; advanced degree or AACE certification preferred
• Minimum of eight years of experience in project planning/scheduling and project controls
• Experience with Planning, Scheduling, Primavera P6, and Earned Value Management Systems
• Claims and forensic analysis experience
• Eligible to work under Department of Energy regulation 10 CFR, Part 810
