Project Controls Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Controls Specialist 4.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish project controls governance and develop project control hierarchy using Primavera scheduling tools
• Create, update, and maintain project cost and schedule baselines, including periodic status reports and earned value metrics
• Mentor junior staff and perform critical path and forensic schedule analysis to support project claims

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Accounting, or Business Administration required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of eight years of experience in project planning/scheduling and project controls
• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems, such as Primavera P6 or PRISM G2
• AACEi CPM Certification or other EVM certification required
• Eligible to work under Department of Energy regulation 10 CFR, Part 810
