Project Controls Specialist

Job Summary

Assisting the government in tracking and monitoring overall project costs, the full-time Project Controls Specialist will support the project management team with data maintenance and reporting while ensuring compliance with project metrics and requirements, working remotely from Louisville, KY or Knoxville, TN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct project updates in Primavera Project Manager/P6 Web, ensuring data integration with relevant financial systems
• Maintain project data in the PROMIS database and ensure timely updates for required presentations
• Develop and analyze project cost and schedule data, preparing reports to communicate status and performance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of project controls experience
• Intermediate to advanced user of Primavera P6
• Competency in both schedule and cost control
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
