Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team in a remote full-time capacity, the Functional Manager - Project Controls Specialist will manage team performance, support client-facing consulting delivery, and drive operational excellence while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a high-performing team, ensuring alignment of technical skills and cultural fit
• Oversee project cost and schedule data analysis to support project execution and decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and PMOs to align resources with project needs and maintain compliance with standards

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in project controls and consulting or professional services environments
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and functional management roles
• Proven ability to manage employee performance and career development
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Construction, or a related field
• Familiarity with consulting delivery models and business development efforts
