Project Controls Specialist
Job Summary
Assisting in cost control, budget management, and data reporting, the full-time remote Project Controls Specialist will support project life cycle activities, collaborate with various departments, and ensure financial objectives are met.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project life cycle activities including setup, maintenance, invoicing support, and financial projections
- Collaborate with program managers and other departments to implement business plans and monitor forecasts
- Develop and maintain Estimates at Completion (EAC) and assist with variance analysis and reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent experience required
- Familiarity with software used in Project Controls, such as Excel and Costpoint
- Experience with Primavera and scheduling software is a plus
- Ability to work virtually and conduct daily check-ins with management
