Project Controls Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Data Center development team, the full-time Project Controls Specialist will manage cost and commercial processes, ensuring financial oversight and compliance across North America projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage a cost and commercial management process, aligning project forecasts with funding and billing activities
• Support the change control process by evaluating budget revisions and reviewing contractor invoices to identify potential risks
• Contribute as a Subject Matter Expert to develop governance and training materials, ensuring projects adhere to organizational standards

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in mission-critical construction project delivery, particularly in corporate real estate or military settings
• Proficiency in budgeting, accounting, and cost control systems such as Oracle, Tririga, or Google Live Sheets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and operate independently
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field; PMP or P.E. certifications are highly desirable
