Project Controls Specialist II

Job Summary

Project Controls Specialist II is a full-time remote position responsible for supporting Project Managers by maintaining project schedules, preparing reports, and monitoring client document control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and create custom schedules with minimal guidance
• Request and process project status updates from various stakeholders and generate project summaries and variance reports
• Track deliverables, update project status, and manage documentation on internal and external systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-4 years of data analysis experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
• Experience in project accounting, project controls, or project management
• Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Vantagepoint
