Job Summary
A company is looking for a Resource Coordinator (US-Remote) to ensure efficient project management operations, focusing on client and inspector coordination, financial review, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the interface between project/clients and liaise with project managers and assigned inspectors
- Conduct monthly financial reviews to ensure projects are within budget and coordinate travel arrangements
- Organize and review inspectors' reports, including administrative details, filing, and distribution to clients as required
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Associate's/Bachelor's Degree in Business
- Five or more years of experience in Project Coordination or Administrative Support Services
- Experience with invoicing, time management, and overall coordination tasks
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
