Job Summary

To support the Consulting Operations team, the remote Project Coordinator will assist in managing projects, ensuring successful delivery of Professional Services, and coordinating communication between internal and external teams on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities
  • Work with internal and external teams to ensure project success and manage client/vendor milestones and deliverables
  • Assist with the coordination of project-related activities, including client interviews, kick-off meetings, and status calls
  • Track and report on pipeline actions while maintaining adherence to client procedures and quality assurance standards
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in IT professional services preferred
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM and project management tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
