Job Summary
To support the Consulting Operations team, the remote Project Coordinator will assist in managing project strategies, coordinate communications, and ensure the successful delivery of Professional Services to clients while working on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Work with internal and external teams to ensure project success and manage client/vendor milestones and deliverables
- Assist in coordinating internal screen calls, client interviews, project kick-offs, and status calls
- Track and report on pipeline actions while maintaining communication between Operations and account teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Project Management, or 4+ years of equivalent work experience
- Experience in IT professional services preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM and project management programs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and build rapport across teams
