Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator for a temporary remote position in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Training and Comms Leads to implement the comms and training strategy, ensuring workflow is on track
  • Coordinate planning and logistics for live workshops and office hours, including scheduling, registration, and troubleshooting
  • Monitor engagement and participation in training resources and activities, managing backlog of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in calendar management, event planning, project coordination, scheduling, and training
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Virtual/training event coordination experience, with the ability to analyze training engagement and participation
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Google Sheets/Slides/Docs, SmartSheet)
  • Ability to work remotely and in the PST time zone
