Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to provide administrative support to project teams and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams across multiple regions to prioritize and schedule projects
  • Manage stakeholder queries and provide regular project updates
  • Handle data and information using software platforms such as MS Office and CRM/ERP systems

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordinating and data-handling
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office software, particularly Excel
  • Experience with CRM or ERP software systems is advantageous
  • Experience in a regulated environment is preferred
