Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hybrid-Project Coordinator for a contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Marketing and Project Managers in delivering successful project outcomes
  • Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure effective communication among team members
  • Prepare and distribute progress reports, highlighting risks, issues, and deviations from plans
Required Qualifications
  • One (1) to two (2) years' experience in project coordination
  • Familiarity with working on cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and marketing personnel
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira and Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of data flow and marketing concepts
