Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to assist with administrative activities for large-scale portfolio programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Program Manager in delivering program objectives and documenting approvals
  • Assist in maintaining program schedules, budgets, and status reports
  • Facilitate program audits and support communication and training plans
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Associate Degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience is required
  • Minimum of one year of program coordination experience is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools is required
  • Familiarity with project management software is preferred
