Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to assist with administrative activities for large-scale portfolio programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Program Manager in delivering program objectives and documenting approvals
- Assist in maintaining program schedules, budgets, and status reports
- Facilitate program audits and support communication and training plans
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Associate Degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience is required
- Minimum of one year of program coordination experience is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools is required
- Familiarity with project management software is preferred
