Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their Employee Experience team on a remote, contract basis for a 6-month period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support several upcoming projects, including company kickoff and fiscal year planning
  • Provide administrative support, including calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Plan and execute internal events and collect feedback for future improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in non-technical project/program coordination or administrative roles
  • Experience in event coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong organizational skills
