Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the administration of IT rollout projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend rollout meetings, documenting discussions, decisions, and action items
  • Prepare and distribute meeting summaries, including action items and deadlines
  • Manage bulk upload requests for rollout stores and handle hardware returns
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in project coordination or administrative roles, preferably in IT
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant project management tools
