Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the execution of engineering projects in the Power Lifeline Sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete project setup, maintenance, and closeout within the system of record
  • Prepare and distribute project documentation, including meeting minutes and status reports
  • Support the project manager in the preparation and management of project schedules and budgets
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in project administration or a related role, preferably in engineering projects
  • Intermediate understanding of project management and project controls
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management software
  • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S
