Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Coordinator - Non-Technical.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist team leader in preparing and maintaining project plans, documentation, budgets, and communication
- Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, track progress, and escalate obstacles to the team leader
- Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and maintain communication with internal and external clients and vendors
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative, office, or project coordinator role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Demonstrated effective organization and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
