Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator - Non-Technical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist team leader in preparing and maintaining project plans, documentation, budgets, and communication
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, track progress, and escalate obstacles to the team leader
  • Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and maintain communication with internal and external clients and vendors
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative, office, or project coordinator role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Demonstrated effective organization and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
