Project Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to support clinical trial study projects and facilitate communication among various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations as the Secondary Project Contact
• Update project statuses and provide support for investigation and resolution of Quarantine samples
• Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes and study-specific reports

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's or associate degree preferred
• 2-4 years of relevant lab experience preferred
• Experience or training in the clinical trial industry preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation
