Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the customer onboarding journey, including kick-off calls and milestone tracking
• Validate and prepare data for accuracy, working with clients to cleanse data for analytics
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely configuration, testing, and hand-offs

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in project coordination, client onboarding, or similar customer-facing roles
• Proficiency with Excel/CSV data hygiene and basic formulas
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and meeting deadlines
• Bonus points for experience in supplier risk, procurement, or ERP/SaaS integrations
